The Bently Loft floor plan is a variation of the Bently Floor Plan below. This plan includes a large front porch and a mud room with cubbies leading in from the garage. The kitchen features a large island that opens up to the great room. There is also a morning room off of the kitchen on the back of the house. The great room is large with a fireplace and spacious 11′ ceilings. Rounding out the first floor is an office next to the front door and a half bath. The second floor features a large master suite with full bathroom along with 3 other bedrooms. There is also a large bonus room with a built in study area for the kids along with a laundry room.
